Founded in 1994 with 500 walkers, Baystate Health Foundation’s Rays of Hope walk now attracts more than 15,000 participants on more than 460 teams. Rays of Hope’s goal is to raise funds to improve breast health in the Greater Springfield communities. It's October 2011 charity walk raised over $1 million!

More than half of Radiology & Imaging employees walked or financially contributed to the 2009, 2010 and 2011 walks. As a corporate sponsor and team, we have donated about $28,000 towards the walk to raise awareness and support for breast cancer research and patient care in our community. Radiology & Imaging has been a Silver Sponsor of the Rays of Hope walk for the past three years.

Rays of Hope monies contribute to breast cancer prevention and breast cancer treatment in Greater Springfield. The charity’s purpose mirrors one of our own: improving women’s health by eliminating breast cancer. |
